Bambu x1-carbon 3D Printer
Manufacturer: Bambu Labs
Model: X1-Carbon
The Bambu X1-Carbon is a 3D printer that creates objects using extruded plastic with the fused filament method. Plastic filament, 1.75mm in diameter, is pushed into a heated chamber and extruded out through a thin nozzle (aka the hotend) as it moves across the build platform. At the same time, a platform moves underneath as the extruded filament builds up layer by layer to create 3D forms. You can think of it as a “computerized hot-glue gun for plastic” with excellent fine detail capabilities.
